In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer either a replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us via email at info@digbmx.com or info@greystokebmx.com

Note: Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or you simply change your mind.

Alternatively, if you want to send the damaged product back you can do so by sending it to:

Please make sure to include the order number and and as much information as possible.

We can not refund postage. Nor can we refund any PayPal fees, if this was your method of payment. Feel free to contact us first though as we’re more than happy to help and try to solve any problems.

It can take 5 to 10 days working days for any refund to reach you. We have no control over this unfortunately but we will always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
